Modular Systems LLC sells subscription-based software licenses and associated professional services. This policy expressly states that payments are generally non-refundable.
1. No standard trial period
We do not offer a standard free trial. If a commercial proposal includes a pilot or trial, its dates, scope, price and conditions will be stated in writing and will control over this policy.
2. Non-refundable licenses
Monthly and annual licenses are billed in advance in US dollars. Once a license period begins, payment is non-refundable in whole or in part. We do not issue credits for unused days, reductions in users, properties or modules, or discontinued use of the software.
3. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel future renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents a new charge and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access continues through that date unless suspended for breach.
4. Professional services
Payments for implementation, migration, integration, training, consulting or custom development are also non-refundable once the proposal is accepted, team time is reserved or work begins, unless a signed order expressly states otherwise.
5. Billing errors
A duplicate charge, incorrect amount or charge after a valid cancellation is treated as a billing error, not a commercial exception to the no-refund policy. The Customer must report it within seven calendar days after the charge. If we confirm the error, we will correct or return only the amount charged by mistake.
6. How to submit a request
Email info@modularsystems.com.co from the address associated with the account. Include the Customer’s legal name, invoice number, date, amount and explanation. We normally respond within ten business days.
7. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact Modular Systems so we can review the transaction and contract documentation.
